The hydraulic tailgate with rear leg hook is opened and closed using the remote control. The rear leg hook can also be raised and lowered using the remote control.

The Titanium Pro model has 3 powerful LED headlights that ensure optimum visibility in all light conditions. The modes are automatic on/off or manual.

The power cable guide is plugged into the stand, where the cable is hooked in. This keeps the cable out of the working area at all times without causing interference.

Movable side panels protect the cow from distraction.

The swivelling tool holder can be rotated across the entire stand. It provides space for angle grinders, work materials and tools. All materials are always within easy reach.

The hydraulic front leg winches automatically bring the cow's legs into the correct position on the front leg rest so that the hooves are immediately ready for processing.

The Titanium Pro has hydraulically adjustable legs and can therefore be adapted to the ergonomic working height of the hoof trimmer.

The floating drive gates with wicket door are permanently mounted on the stand and can be moved flexibly. The number of doors can be extended as required. The wicket doors allow short distances to both sides. There are 3 drum holders, 1 angle grinder holder and 1 claw block holder integrated into each of the moving grids.

Two central emergency stop switches offer optimum protection. The entire electrical system, including all devices, switches off at the touch of a button. The lights remain on for safety.

The optionally available wheel set can simply be inserted into the holder provided. The stand is then simply pushed to the workstation.
